This State-approved program prepares students for employment in long-term care facilities, hospitals, clinics and home health agencies. Upon completion of the program, participants are eligible to take the competency exam to become State-Tested Nursing Assistants. Pre-requisite: All applicants must complete a criminal background check through our campus police ($65 fee) and a drug screening through one of our SRHS on-campus clinics ($35 fee). Students must have high-school diploma or equivalency (GED). Additionally, a physical exam and immunization records are required this includes proof of MMR's, Hep B Series, Varicella, Tdap (must be within 10 years), TB (must be current within one year).
